Primary School
Update |
Our building work starts on 8th April. The builders come on site during the Easter holidays and will be here all the way through the summer term. We, therefore, need to change the access route into school. Please can you drop children off by the school entrance in the morning and they can walk through the Foudation Stage area to the playground. In the evening parents can walk through the Foundation Stage area to the playground and meet the children from their class.
We apologies for the disruption but it will be worth it in the long run.

Inclusion Quality Mark |
Congratulations to everyone at Cauldwell. We achieved the Inclusion Quality Mark.
Mrs Cromey-Hawke worked really hard to make sure the school was awarded this important achievement - Well Done.

We celebrated the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in style!

Health Week
We started the summer term by holding our annual Health week.
Our focus was healthy eating and safety - our hall displays refect all the safety aspects that children learnt about during the week.
All children learnt about the importance of and had a healthy breakfast.
Mrs Apps led morning aerobics and we had a sports day on Friday morning.
We enjoyed tasting fruit and making fruit salad and kebabs with fruit again kindly donated by Tesco.
Year 4 children did a basic First Aid course led by St Johns Ambulance and some children also gained their first cycling proficiency certificate.
All the children learnt something new about keeping themselves safe and healthy.
